Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cancel your order once it is confirmed.

Can I update my shipping address?

If you have provided the incorrect delivery address when placing an order, you will be able to amend this yourself directly through your tracking link once your parcel is despatched.

I just placed an order, can I make changes?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed.

I purchased an item at full price, it has now gone into sale. What can I do?

At the moment, we do not offer price adjustments to match past/future sale prices. However, you can return your item and place a new order at the current sale price through our free returns portal.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, as soon as you place a successful order via our website, you will receive an email confirmation from us to confirm the items you've purchased and order number for your reference.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by navigating to the 'My Account' icon at the top right of the website.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can easily reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" under the login field on the accounts page.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us via our contact us form. Make sure to include your order number, the item you believe to be faulty, and a photograph of the suspected fault. We will do all we can to help. Dep

We send all of our clothing and trainers out in our branded The Sports Edit Mailer bags made from recycled paper.
