Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cancel your order once it is confirmed.

Can I update my shipping address?

If you have provided the incorrect delivery address when placing an order, you will be able to amend this yourself directly through your tracking link once your parcel is despatched.

I have only received part of my order, where are the remaining items?

Due to locations at our warehouse, your order may arrive to you in multiple parcels/split shipments. To view your tracking for the remaining things, either keep an eye on your emails for your additional tracking numbers, or simply log into your accou

I just placed an order, can I make changes?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed.

I purchased an item at full price, it has now gone into sale. What can I do?

At the moment, we do not offer price adjustments to match past/future sale prices. However, you can return your item and place a new order at the current sale price through our free returns portal.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can easily reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" under the login field on the accounts page.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, as soon as you place a successful order via our website, you will receive an email confirmation from us to confirm the items you've purchased and order number for your reference.

How will my order be packaged?

We send all of our clothing and trainers out in our branded The Sports Edit Mailer bags made from recycled paper.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us via our contact us form prior to returning. Make sure to include your order number in your email, the item you believe to be faulty, and a photograph of the suspected fault. W

My order failed, but the money has been taken from my account, why?

If you know that your order sadly failed, but see a transaction with your bank still, do not worry. Sometimes when an order fails, it can take a couple of working days for your bank to receive confirmation of the failed payment, so they will present
