If you have provided the incorrect delivery address when placing an order, you will be able to amend this yourself directly through your tracking link once your parcel is despatched.
If your parcel is still unshipped, you may contact our customer care team to see if we are able to change your address prior to shipment. Please note this may not be possible due to the speed in which we aim to despatch our orders, but we will of course try our best.
If we are unable to change the address, we are not held responsible for the parcel being delivered to the original location. You will need to arrange with the property to collect it privately.
