My order failed, but the money has been taken from my account, why?Updated a month ago
If you know that your order sadly failed, but see a transaction with your bank still, do not worry. Sometimes when an order fails, it can take a couple of working days for your bank to receive confirmation of the failed payment, so they will present the transaction as held credit. Please note this is not an official payment, and you will see it neutralise within the next 2-3 working days. If after this time it is still there, we would encourage you to contact your bank.
