What do I do if my item is faulty?Updated 24 days ago

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us via our contact us form prior to returning. Make sure to include your order number in your email, the item you believe to be faulty, and a photograph of the suspected fault. We will do all we can to help.

Depending on the garment/shoe usage, wear and tear will unfortunately be inevitable. We are not responsible for if your product has become damaged due to being well-loved.
