If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us via our contact us form. Make sure to include your order number, the item you believe to be faulty, and a photograph of the suspected fault. We will do all we can to help.
Depending on the garment/shoe usage, wear and tear will unfortunately be inevitable. We are not responsible for if your product has become damaged due to being well loved.
