Can I return sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items. Sale items have a 14 day return window. Once the 14 days have passed, they can no longer be returned.
How long does it take to process my return?
All refunds are processed within 12 hours of returning your parcel. For refunds, depending on your bank, the funds will be back into your account within 2-3 working days.

Do you offer exchanges?
If you need to exchange your item, simply return your item for a refund, then purchase your preferred size/item via a brand new order.
What is your Returns Policy?

How do I package my order for a return?
1. Pack up the items you are returning in their original polybags/boxes that they arrived to you in, and all tags still attached. Pack up the items within the original The Sports Edit mailer bag, seal and attach your return label.
