When you return something for a refund, you will always be refunded the exact amount that you paid for that item via your cash payment method - it is not possible for our system to refund you any less.

However, if you used a loyalty discount code, that discount is split across each item in your basket equally. This means that you will be refunded the cash value back to your original payment method, and then your loyalty voucher amount for that item is added back to your TSE Club account to use later against your next purchase.

Discount codes are not spread out over kept items if you part return your order.
