All returns/refunds are processed within 24 hours after your parcel is delivered back to our warehouse.
For refunds, depending on your bank, the funds will be back into your account within 2-3 working days.
You will be sent shipping updates of your return parcel journey via email. Make sure to keep your return tracking number safe, so you can track its journey to ensure it arrives to us safely. You can find your tracking number on the receipt provided to you by the post office.
