How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
All returns take up to 5 working days to process from the date delivered to our warehouse. For refunds, depending on your bank, the funds will be back into your account within 3-5 working days.

How do I process an international return?
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the shipping cost of international returns. You can either select your return label via the return portal, and the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount, or you can select a self postage option.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we provide exchanges for all UK orders. To process your exchange, head to our Returns & Exchange Portal. You will be given the option to exchange your size, we do not offer alternative styles via exchange. We do not provide exchanges for interna
What is your Returns Policy?
Our standard returns policy for all orders is 30 Days. We offer exchanges for alternative sizes for UK customers only. Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card
Will shipping and duties be refunded when I return an item?
Unfortunately we will not refund your original shipping cost, or duties/custom fees, if your item/s are returned back to us. Start Your Return/Exchange.
How do I package my order for a return?
1. Pack up the items you are returning in their original polybags/boxes that they arrived to you in, and all tags still attached. Pack up the items within the original The Sports Edit mailer bag, seal and attach your return label.
