How long does it take to process my return/exchange?Updated 6 months ago

All returns take up to 5 working days to process from the date delivered to our warehouse. 

For refunds, depending on your bank, the funds will be back into your account within 2-3 working days.

Exchanges will be created, and treated like a brand-new order. You will receive a new order number via email, and tracking details once your exchange parcel is despatched. Exchanges are shipped to you via Free Standard UK Shipping (3-5 working days).

You will be sent shipping updates of your return parcel journey via email. Make sure to keep your return tracking number safe, so you can track its journey to ensure it arrives to us safely. You can find your tracking number on the receipt provided to you by the post office.
