If you need to return your order for a refund, or a size exchange, our standard return window is 30 days. Sale items you have 14 days. All items must be unworn and in a brand new condition.

 

You will need your original order number to hand, along with the email address used to purchase the order. You can find your order number by logging into your account, or by your checking your order confirmation email. Your order number will look like (123456)



1. Once all the steps on the portal are complete, you will be provided with both your Royal Mail printable label, and a QR code. Either download your chosen label directly from the final page, or download from the return confirmation email that will be sent to you separately.

2. For refunds, you will be refunded back to your original payment method.

3. For exchanges, you can select the new size you require. As soon as your return parcel arrives back to our warehouse, the new exchange order will be processed and despatched to you via free standard UK shipping. Exchanges are not provided for international orders.

4. Pack up the items you are returning in their original polybags that they arrived to you in, and all tags still attached. Remember to check the items for any damage/marks that may have occurred from trying on, or we may refuse the refund upon arrival.



FAQs

 How long does it take to process my return/exchange? + 
All refunds/exchanges processed within 24 hours of returning your parcel. 

For refunds, depending on your bank, the funds will be back into your account within 2-3 working days.

Exchanges will be created, and treated like a brand-new order. You will receive a new order number via email, and tracking details once your exchange parcel is despatched. Exchanges are shipped to you via Evri - Free Standard UK Shipping (2-4 working days).

You will be sent shipping updates of your return parcel journey via email. Make sure to keep your return tracking number safe, so you can track its journey to ensure it arrives to us safely. You can find your tracking number on the receipt provided to you by the post office.

 What do I do if my item is faulty? + 

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us via our contact us form prior to returning. Make sure to include your order number in your email, the item you believe to be faulty, and a photograph of the suspected fault. We will do all we can to help.

*Depending on the garment/shoe usage, wear and tear will unfortunately be inevitable. We are not responsible for if your product has become damaged due to being well-loved.*

 Do you offer exchanges? + 

Yes, we provide exchanges for all UK orders. To process your exchange, head to our Returns & Exchange Portal.

You will be given the option to exchange your size only, we do not offer alternative styles via exchange.

We do not provide exchanges for international orders.

 How do I package my order for a return? + 
1. Pack up the items you are returning in their original polybags/boxes that they arrived to you in, and all tags still attached. Pack up the items within the original The Sports Edit mailer bag, seal and attach your return label.

2. When returning trainers/shoes, the shoebox must be treated with care as part of the product. Please pack up the shoebox in the original cardboard box the order arrived to you in.

We are not provided with new boxes by the brands for resale, so if the shoebox is returned to us damaged, your refund will be refused. A damaged shoebox can consist of any of the following reasons:

  • Return label stuck directly onto the shoebox
  • Rips/tears from accessing the trainers
  • Removed stickers of the trainer size information
  • Holes/dents from the return shipment

3. Please note that you are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items. The Sports Edit reserves the right to refuse returns on items which are damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging. Returns that are received and deemed to be in an unsellable condition, will be rejected and the refund will not be processed.

  • Hangtags, labels, dust bags, and any other designer labelling should not be removed
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels, we will refuse the refund upon arrival.
  • Socks and knickers/briefs are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Water Bottles are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
  • Footwear must be tried on with clean socks, and should only be tried on indoors, in a clean environment to check the size, and the feel of the shoe. Shoes must be returned unmarked, returned in its original box and packaging. See above for shoebox return information.
  • When trying on clothing please avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked item.
  • Yoga mats: Please make sure you check carefully the thickness and weight of the yoga mat before purchasing, because for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mats that have been unrolled, or if the wrapping or seal around the mat have been removed.
 Will shipping & duties be refunded when I return an item? + Unfortunately we will not refund your original shipping cost, or duties/custom fees, if your item/s are returned back to us.
