When will my order arrive?

This depends on your location and the shipment method you have chosen.

I purchased an item at full price, it has now gone into sale. What can I do?

At the moment, we do not offer price adjustments to match past/future sale prices. However, you can return your item and place a new order at the current sale price through our free returns portal.

What happens if an item from my order is missing or out of stock?

If an item in your order is missing or out of stock, we will inform you about the situation. For items not shipped due to being out of stock, we will issue a refund for that specific item, and you should receive a separate confirmation about this ref

I've lost my return label/QR code, where can I find it?

I forgot to use my promo code - what do I do?

All promo codes are to be applied to your basket or the checkout page. We are unable to honour discount codes after purchase, so make sure to not forget. If a promo code is forgotten, you will be able to use this in your next purchase.
