What happens if an item from my order is missing or out of stock?Updated 6 months ago

If an item in your order is missing or out of stock, we will inform you about the situation. For items not shipped due to being out of stock, we will issue a refund for that specific item, and you should receive a separate confirmation about this refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. 

In a circumstance where you have not received everything in the first parcel, the missing items likely will follow shortly in a second delivery. If you do not receive anything after a couple of days, please do let us know via our contact form, and we will be here to help.
