Sometimes your points needs a quick warm-up. If you’re logged in, and you’ve definitely placed an order within the last 12 months under your current email address, try waiting a few moments for your balance to appear, or refresh the page.
If your balance is still showing as 0, or not what you expected, make sure that you are logged in with the correct email address.
