Why have I not yet received my tracking link?Updated 2 months ago

There can be a few reasons why you have not received through your tracking details. The main reason we see, is that your order is still being processed by our packing team, and is within the 1-2 working days, which is the time it takes for our warehouse team to get your order packaged, and handed over to the courier. As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive your despatch email, which includes your Evri tracking link. We totally understand how excited you are to receive your new items, and we thank you for your patience.

Another reason we find, is that you may not be checking the correct email address for your important order updates. To check your details with us directly, make sure to create an account with the email address you know you purchased the order with - then log into your account. If you do not see your order under your order history, then you are using the incorrect email address.

Lastly, if your order is past the 1-2 working days not including weekends, from the purchase time, and your order is still showing on your account as 'unfulfilled', then do reach out to us via our contact form. We will be here to help to get your order sorted as quickly as possible.
