The most common reason is that one or more items in your order are no longer available. This can occasionally happen when stock levels change quickly, especially during busy periods.

On rare occasions, products may be displayed with incorrect pricing, product information, or availability due to technical or administrative errors. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund, regardless of the stage the order has reached.

If your order has been cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded to your original payment method, and the funds will be back into your account within 2-3 working days.
