Shipping Methods
- FREE for all UK orders £70 or more, £3.50 for orders under £70
- FREE shipping for all TSE Club Tier 3 members
- All orders shipped via Evri Standard Tracked, 2-4 working days
Delivery Time
- Despatch takes approximately 1-2 working days, then allow for the 2-4 working day shipping time
- During busy sale periods, our despatch time may extend by an additional 2-3 working days
- Extreme weather conditions can also cause unexpected delays during transit
How to track your order
- All orders are trackable via Evri. To locate your tracking number, simply log into your TSE account to view your order details OR locate your shipping confirmation email. You will be kept up to date throughout your shipping journey, and receive notification when to expect your delivery time slot on the day. (You will have the option to reschedule, and add delivery instructions if needed).

FAQs
When will my order arrive? +−
We despatch orders within 1–2 working days and delivery is typically 2–4 working days in the UK (or 5–15 working days internationally) via standard Evri shipping, excluding weekends/bank holidays, with possible delays during busy periods or extreme weather.
Will I need to pay duties/tax for international orders? +−
For all countries outside of the UK, all relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have questions about this, we recommend that you check with your respective customs authority.
Why have I not received my tracking link? +−
Tracking details uare emailed to you once your order has been packed and handed to Evri (within 1–2 working days), so please check the email used at checkout and your account order history, and contact us if it’s still unfulfilled after 2 working days (excluding weekends).
