I recently purchased my order during sale, when should I expect my delivery?Updated 21 days ago

We totally understand the excitement of placing an order during our big sales, especially when you’ve found something you love at a great price! But we also know that waiting, even just a day, can feel longer than it should.

During sale periods, our dispatch team and customer care team, handle a significantly higher volume of orders than usual. While we work hard to get everything out as quickly as possible, this may lead to slight delays compared to our usual processing and delivery times.

Our current despatch time, is 1-3 business days - not including weekends. This means if your order is purchased on Friday evenings, Saturdays or Sundays, our warehouse will receive your order in the system on Monday morning, without any delay.

If your order was purchased within this time frame, we encourage to not contact us as this will not speed up your despatch time, your parcel is on track to be delivered without any issues. We appreciate your patience here.

Once your parcel is despatched, your promised shipping time with Evri, is 2-4 business days.

We are not currently experiencing any delays, so you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
