For US returns, head directly to our US Return Portal
For EU returns, head directly to our EU Return Portal
1. Once you are in the return portal, you will need your original order number to hand, along with the email address used to purchase the order. You can find your order number by logging into your account, or by your checking your order confirmation email. Make sure to include a hash when entering the number to the portal ( e.g. #US1234 or #EU1234).
2. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the shipping cost of international returns. You can either select your return label via the return portal, and the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount, or you can select a self postage option.
3. For refunds, selecting store credit will grant you an extra 10% onto the refund amount. We'll send your Store Credit through via email as an e-gift card, which you can use on our website for your next purchase.
4. Exchanges are not provided for international orders.
5. Pack up the items you are returning in their original polybags that they arrived to you in, and all tags still attached. Remember to check the items for any damage/marks that may have occurred from trying on, or we may refuse the refund upon arrival.
Please make sure your return is processed within 30 days from point of purchase.
