Salomon provides all their customers a 2 year warranty - from date of purchase. If your trainers are still within their 2 year warranty period, and you believe that they have a genuine manufacturing fault/defect, make sure to head to the Salomon warranty claims form HERE
You may be asked for proof of purchase, along with other details, so do make sure to have all your order details at hand. This can be found by logging into your TSE account.
