On provides all their customers a 1 year warranty - from date of purchase. If your trainers are still within their 1 year warranty period, and you believe that they have a genuine manufacturing fault/defect, make sure to head to the On warranty claims form via the button below.
On require an invoice/proof of purchase for all claims, for this you can screenshot your order confirmation email, or your order directly via logging into your account with us.
Please note, manufacturing faults do not consist of the following reasons:
- items which have been washed
- items which have been altered
- items which have been excessively worn
- items of which you have not taken reasonable care
- water damage on non-waterproof products
- general wear and tear
- accidental damage (including but not limited to damage caused by pets, direct heat, food, arts and crafts supplies, inclement weather, natural phenomena, playground equipment etc.)
- If your order is outside the 1 year warranty period
