Yes, loyalty points automatically expire 1 year after they are earned if they are not used. Be sure to redeem them before the expiration date to make the most of your rewards! To view your point balance, simply log into your account, and view your profile.

If you have points that are near their expiry date, we will send you through an email notification to remind you to use them, before they disappear from your account.
